2. Governing Committee
The governing committee of TRIGS has been nominated and is composed by Stefano Zapperi (Chairman), Agnes Helmstetter, Patrizia Tosi, Mikko Alava, Juerg Schweizer, Michael Zaiser.

3. Discussion on next deliverables
The first deliverables & milestones to be completed have been discussed. In particular the web site (in progress) and the twiki web (completed) have been illustrated and discussed (to be ready on month 3). Mikko Alava has discussed a proposal for the white paper (month 12). It has been agreed to write a review paper divided in six parts on the main scientific topics of TRIGS. A template will be circulated among the partners to divide the work, which will cover various aspects of triggering in geosystems (snow avalanches, landslide earthquakes) and dynamic effects in materials failure and plasticity. It is expected to publish the paper in a selected journal.

4. Administrative matters
The money transfer has been discussed and instruction for forms with bank details have been given. Bank forms should be sent to the coordinator. The signed consortium agreement has been exchanged.
